Sweepstakes Period

The Luminary Guard December 2025 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on December 11, 2025 and ends on December 25, 2025. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible. Sponsor’s clock (Central Time) is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.

Eligibility

Legal Residency & Age: Giveaway is open to legal residents of all 50 United States and D.C., age 21 or older at the time of entry. (The minimum age is 21 due to the firearm prize and federal regulations.)

Prize Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution or alternate prize will be offered, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or if required by law. The prize will only be awarded if entrant fully complies with these Official Rules and meets all eligibility requirements.

Firearm Transfer Conditions: The firearm prize must be delivered through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in accordance with federal and state law. The winner will be required to provide the Sponsor with the contact information of a licensed firearms dealer in their state of residence to which the firearm will be shipped. The winner is responsible for coordinating with the chosen FFL to arrange pickup of the firearm. Winner must pass a background check and comply with all federal, state, and local requirements for firearm ownership. This includes completing ATF Form 4473 and any other paperwork required by the FFL and authorities. If the winner fails to pass the background check or cannot legally take possession of the firearm, the prize will be forfeited.
