Sweepstakes Period
The Luminary Guard December 2025 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on December 11, 2025 and ends on December 25, 2025. All entries must be received within this period to be eligible. Sponsor’s clock (Central Time) is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.
Eligibility
Legal Residency & Age: Giveaway is open to legal residents of all 50 United States and D.C., age 21 or older at the time of entry. (The minimum age is 21 due to the firearm prize and federal regulations.)
Firearm Eligibility: Entrant must be legally allowed to possess a firearm prize in their state of residence. Entrants must not be prohibited by federal, state, or local law from owning firearms. The winner will be required to pass a federally mandated background check and comply with all applicable firearm laws to receive the prize.
Jurisdiction: Void where participation or winning a prize is prohibited or restricted by law. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter the Giveaway. Each eligible entry, regardless of method, will be credited with ten (10) entries in the prize drawing. This uniform entry value means no single entry method offers an advantage – every valid entry yields the same number of chances to win. Participants may enter by any or all of the methods below:

Buying a more expensive item or multiple items in one order does not increase your entries for that order (it remains 10 entries total for that order). If you wish to make multiple purchase entries, you may place separate orders; each qualified order will earn an additional 10 entries. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without using social media or making a purchase, you may submit a mail-in entry. Hand-print your full name, date of birth, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3” x 5” card along with the words “Luminary Guard December 2025 Giveaway Entry”. Mail the card in a standard envelope to: Luminary Guard – Giveaway Entry, 9001 Everly Dr, Killeen, TX 76542 (this is the official business address of the Sponsor). Each mail-in submission will count as one (1) entry (10 entries in the drawing).
Mail-in Rules: Limit one entry card per envelope (each envelope will be treated as one entry). No bulk or mass mailings – entries must be mailed individually. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or illegible entries will be disqualified. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 20, 2025 and received by December 24, 2025 to be eligible. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged mail entries.
Entry Limitations: Each person may utilize each entry method once, except that multiple purchase and mail-in entries are allowed as described above. There is no overall limit on the total number of entries an individual can accumulate; however, each entry method provides an equal 10-entry value. Any attempt to fraudulently obtain entries (such as using multiple identities or automated methods) is prohibited and may result in disqualification. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Prize Description

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The ARV of the prize is approximately $1,899
Prize Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution or alternate prize will be offered, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or if required by law. The prize will only be awarded if entrant fully complies with these Official Rules and meets all eligibility requirements.
Firearm Transfer Conditions: The firearm prize must be delivered through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in accordance with federal and state law. The winner will be required to provide the Sponsor with the contact information of a licensed firearms dealer in their state of residence to which the firearm will be shipped. The winner is responsible for coordinating with the chosen FFL to arrange pickup of the firearm. Winner must pass a background check and comply with all federal, state, and local requirements for firearm ownership. This includes completing ATF Form 4473 and any other paperwork required by the FFL and authorities. If the winner fails to pass the background check or cannot legally take possession of the firearm, the prize will be forfeited. In such event, an alternate winner may be selected (time permitting) from remaining eligible entries.
Any required federal, state, or local transfer fees or taxes imposed by the FFL or government (for example, background check fee, state transfer fee) will be the responsibility of the winner unless prohibited by law. Sponsor will cover standard shipping cost to send the firearm to the winner’s designated FFL. The winner is responsible for any use, licensing, registration, or ownership requirements following transfer. All federal, state, and local firearm laws apply.
If the winner’s residence jurisdiction prohibits the possession or transfer of the specific firearm prize (e.g., due to state restrictions on handgun models or magazine capacity), the Sponsor will work in good faith to find a legal solution, which may include substituting a comparable legal firearm or awarding a cash prize alternative at Sponsor’s discretion. If no legal alternative is feasible, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
Winner Selection and Odds
On or about December 25, 2025, the Sponsor (or its authorized representative) will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received to select one (1) potential winner of the Grand Prize. The drawing will be random and unbiased, with each entry (each set of 10 entry chances from a method) having an equal chance of being selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all entry methods. (Because each entrant can have multiple entries, and each entry counts as ten chances, the odds will vary based on overall participation. However, no purchase or contribution increases individual odds as all entries are weighted equally at ten chances each.)
Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified by the Sponsor within approximately 1–3 days of the drawing. The Sponsor will attempt to contact the drawn individual via the contact information associated with their entry, as follows:
Purchase Entry winner: notification will be sent to the email address or phone number provided with the order (or associated with the customer account).

The winner will be provided with instructions on how to proceed, which will include:

If the potential winner does not respond within the required time frame, cannot be reached, or fails to provide required information or documents in a timely manner, or if the Sponsor determines the potential winner is ineligible or has violated the Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. This process will continue until a qualified winner is confirmed, or the prize is un-awarded if no qualified winner can be confirmed after a reasonable number of attempts.
Once verified, the winner will coordinate with Sponsor to arrange delivery of the firearm prize to their chosen FFL. The winner should promptly proceed with the transfer; if the winner fails to complete the transfer process or take ownership of the firearm within 30 days of being notified that the firearm is ready at the FFL (or a longer period if agreed upon due to legal/waiting periods), the Sponsor reserves the right to deem the prize forfeited.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that the Sponsor and its designees may use the winner’s name, city/state, likeness, photographs (including the winner’s image, if provided or taken during prize awarding), and/or prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media (including online and social media) worldwide without further consent or compensation. The winner may be asked to provide a photograph or to be photographed with the prize for promotional purposes, subject to the winner’s comfort and legal permissions.
General Terms and Conditions
Release of Liability: By entering this Giveaway, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor (Luminary Guard Technologies, LLC) from and against any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses, or losses of any kind (including death, personal injury, or property damage) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (ii) any technical failures or issues, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone, internet, or server service that may affect an entry; (iii) any errors in these Official Rules, communications, or announcements relating to the promotion; or (iv) any unauthorized intervention or human error that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to those platforms. Right to Modify or Cancel: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted or if any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Disputes: This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Prize Restrictions and Compliance Requirements

The firearm prize must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in accordance with federal and state law. The winner is solely responsible for selecting and providing a certified FFL in their state who can legally receive and transfer the prize firearm.
If the winner resides in a jurisdiction where modifications are required to make the firearm compliant with state or local law (e.g., magazine capacity restrictions, roster compliance, threaded barrel bans, etc.), the winner must provide a certified FFL who is legally authorized and equipped to make such modifications prior to transfer.
